David S.
Founder, Bluewater Health
David brings over 18 years of healthcare experience with a foundation in building high-performing, customer-focused organizations. His background includes developing and managing large-scale call center operations where service quality and team performance were central to success.
He led the growth of a home health agency, securing and managing one of the largest capitated contracts in Southern California covering more than 100,000 lives. He is also a part owner of a hospice agency and has successfully built a thriving Enhanced Care Management organization over the last two years.
His leadership philosophy is simple: Patient Care First. By hiring, training, and supporting exceptional teams, David has consistently delivered high-quality service and outcomes for patients and members.
